Our product · Stock and wholesale panel
A panel that talks to your warehouse: stock, profit and wholesalers in one place.
Ask the panel:
› Pick a question. Claude calls the panel's tool, reads the data and answers.
A, B: stock in the two stores · Waiting: orders to pass to the wholesaler
Recorded scenario: not connected to a live API or a store. The tool names and the preview → approval flow come from the panel's real MCP tools; the products, SKUs, wholesalers and numbers are samples. Unit profit uses sample costs (try your own numbers below). The threshold is set per variant.
Claude connection · MCP
Instead of clicking through the panel, you ask it.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets Claude call a piece of software's tools itself. Our panel is an MCP server. When you say "What do I need to buy from the wholesaler?", Claude calls the panel's bekleyen (waiting orders) tool, looks at the data that comes back and writes the answer.
It doesn't guess: asked about profit, it doesn't do its own maths, it reads the panel's unit profit field. That rule is written into the tool's instructions. The sandbox above is a recorded replay; in the panel the same flow runs on your data.

Asks, reads, answers. With this key the tools that write don't even appear in the list.

With a read key, 7 write tools aren't listed. Stock, price or product status can't change with this key.
- Preview first, then your approval
- Every tool that writes to a store only shows what would change on the first call. The real write happens when you approve and the same call is repeated with uygula: true.
- Stock is never written from a guess
- Stock is only written with the exact number you state. No rounding, no default quantity, no "roughly"; that rule is part of the tool definition.
- A personal key you can revoke
- Each person gets their own key, revoked from the panel in one click. With a read key, the tools that write don't even appear in the list.
- Every write is logged
- Who changed what, when, with which tool, in which store; you can ask Claude about it too, with magaza_gunluk.
- Free-form queries are read-only
- For questions the ready-made tools don't cover, a GraphQL query is available, but read-only. A query that tries to change anything is refused.
- https only
- Unencrypted connections are refused. For integrations outside chat there is also a REST endpoint that returns the same data as plain JSON (at most 120 requests a minute).
The problem
As sales grow, the numbers, the messages and the stock drift apart.
- 01
Profit isn't the money in the till
Once you take VAT, the payment fee, shipping and the box, and return shipping off the sale price, some products drop to almost nothing. Try to keep it in Excel and the formula breaks a little more every month.
SymptomRevenue looks good, but the money isn't in the account.
- 02
Wholesale orders get lost in messages
Which order was requested from the wholesaler, which is still waiting, which size arrived short: it's all in WhatsApp history and a notebook. The customer asks, and you scroll through messages.
SymptomOrdering the same product twice, or not at all.
- 03
Two stores, two versions of the stock truth
Sell the same product in two stores and one sells it while the other still thinks it's in stock. The result: orders for products you don't have, cancellations and bad reviews.
SymptomOrders and cancellations for items that aren't there.
Profit and wholesale
You see what's left from a sale, product by product.
This is the panel's unit profit calculation: from the sale price it takes off the VAT on the sale, the payment fee, the shipping and box share, and the purchase price excluding VAT. Try it with your own numbers.
The payment fee and shipping share are samples; enter the figures from your own contracts. In Turkey, VAT on clothing is mostly 10% and varies by product group. In the panel you set these once; return shipping is taken off as a separate item too.
- Sale (incl. VAT)₺390

It sells but leaves little. The panel marks margins below 15% in a warning colour.
One flow from order to wholesaler
- 1Orders come inThe panel reads products and orders from both stores and refreshes on its own when the data gets old.
- 2The buy list comes outUnshipped orders are grouped by wholesaler and by colour/size. How many to buy from which wholesaler, on one list.
- 3A wholesale order opensThe list turns into a wholesale order and its status moves on.DraftPlacedReceived
- 4To WhatsApp or ExcelThe order goes out on WhatsApp as a ready message, or downloads as xlsx. The wholesaler's name is never written into any Shopify field.
Hello, here's our order for this week:
• Linen shirt dress, Ecru, M × 4
• Trench coat, Camel, M × 1
Thank you.

The same list also downloads as Excel (xlsx).
In use
Where does the panel fit into a day?
It's used more in the warehouse and at the wholesaler than at a desk; the interface was built for phones and tablets.
- MorningThe buy listYou open it on your phone on the way to the warehouse or the wholesaler; colour and size totals are ready.
- MiddayMessage to the wholesalerYou open the order draft, send it on WhatsApp as a ready message, and the status becomes "placed".
- AfternoonTo ship, and labelsItems that arrive drop into the to-ship list; you print the 100×100 mm label from the panel.
- EveningYou ask Claude"What had the most returns this week?" or "Which product's price should I update?" The answer comes from the panel's own data.
Built · running today
The panel is in use today for the stock and wholesale work of two fashion brands. We don't name the brands here.
- Net profit per product: VAT, payment fee, shipping, box and return shipping taken off
- Adjustable cost items, break-even price, suggested sale price for a target margin
- Profit bridge, monthly sales/returns, and margin–returns charts
- Low-margin and high-return alerts, to-do list
- Fast-moving products and a first-days screen for new products
- Central stock across several stores, stock sync with preview (automatic sync off)
- To-ship list and 100×100 mm labels
- Stock backup as CSV, buy list and wholesale orders as Excel
- Works on phone and tablet, dark mode
What we can do for your store
- We connect it to your store (one or several) and check the permissions together
- We set the cost items to your own contracts: VAT, payment fee, shipping, box
- We build the wholesaler directory and product–wholesaler matches with you on day one
- We switch on the Claude connection and agree who gets a read key and who gets a full key
If returns are messy too: the Returns Panel runs in the same stores.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a dealer (B2B) panel?
No. The panel was written for products you buy from a wholesaler and sell without holding stock, and for shared stock across several stores. There's no dealer price list, account ledger or invoicing module. If you need those, let's talk in the demo; we'll look together at whether Shopify's own B2B features or a separate solution is the answer.
Can Claude change my data?
Only with a full-access key, and only after showing a preview. The wholesale tools never write to Shopify. Tools that write to a store only say what would change on the first call; nothing changes without your approval. With a read key, those tools aren't even in the list.
Do I have to use Claude?
No. Every screen in the panel works without Claude. The Claude connection is a way to get to the panel by asking questions instead of clicking through screens. If you want to connect your own software, the same data also comes as plain JSON from the REST endpoint.
What do I need to connect it to Claude?
A Claude account that can add a custom connector (MCP server), and the personal key the panel gives you. We set up the connection together during setup; you can revoke the key from the panel at any time.
Does it change my data in Shopify?
The profit and wholesale side only reads data from Shopify. In the stock centre, sending stock to stores shows a preview first and only happens when you approve; automatic sync is off.
How many stores does it work with?
The stock centre supports several stores, and profit and wholesale analysis is set up around your stores; in the demo we talk about how many stores you have and plan the setup to match.
How does setup work?
We set up and host the panel specifically for your store. The Shopify connection, your cost items and your wholesaler list are configured, and we start by checking the first orders together.
Is my data mine?
Yes. You can download a stock backup as CSV, and the buy list and wholesale orders as Excel, whenever you like.
Let us show you the panel live.
Message us on WhatsApp and we'll show you on a screen share at a time that suits you: the profit screen, the buy list and a real question asked to Claude. We'll talk about how many stores and wholesalers you have and plan the setup to match.
